South Carolina Grading

TRIAD is a trusted South Carolina Grading Company. Serving land owners and developers throughout the Upstate and midlands of South Carolina. Recently we have been making progress and creating big changes in Rock Hill, South Carolina!

One of the several projects we have tackled is a hefty project that included a wide range of the services we provide. Grading Services that include demolition, storm drains, utilities setup and grading. We installed curb & gutter for a brand new Sam’s Xpress Carwash. Our team is on the brink of achieving completion – just needing to lay down asphalt pavement before this contractual mission can be fully accomplished.

For almost 20 Years the TRIAD team has provided grading services for commercial sites, SCDOT Projects and multiple residential sub-divisions including Reidville Town Center located in Reidville, South Carolina.

There are multiple stages of a grading project:

  • Excavation – As a grading contractor, we understand the demand for efficiently completing projects. We utilize high-powered equipment and knowledgeable operators to excavate hundreds of thousands of cubic yards of soil. Then place it in the designated fill areas. Our operators have a thorough understanding of the specifications, contract, and soil conditions before beginning any part of the process.

  • Rough Grading – During the rough grading process, we begin to shape the project, dialing in the slopes with a focus on the project drainage.

  • Final Grading – Here we integrate some GPS Technology for accuracy, shaping the project for the incoming infrastructure.
