Triad Engineering & Surveying provided all surveying, civil engineering design, and permitting for this 27-lot subdivision in Northern Greenville County. The design included approximately 2,000 feet of new roads, site grading, a SCDOT intersection widening, water distribution system, septic tank permitting for each lot, and a central stormwater management system.
