OUR TEAM
BILL CURETON
Bill Cureton, PLS has worked in the surveying and construction industries since 1989 and is Triad’s founder. He is a registered Professional Land Surveyor and Licensed Contractor. Bill established Triad in 1998 as a surveying and land planning company. As Triad’s involvement in the construction industry grew through surveying, contracting was a natural addition to its slate of services, and the company began offering grading and utility installation in 2004. Under Bill’s leadership, Triad has established itself has a high-quality provider of land development services.
SCOTT CLEMENT
Scott Clement is a graduate of Auburn University, and has worked over 26 years in the construction industry. Scott has experience working on and managing a wide variety of projects ranging from commercial development projects to public infrastructure improvement projects in multiple states. Scott’s experience on different sizes of projects with varying levels of complexity enhances Triad’s ability to manage and construct our projects efficiently and cost effectively.
GARY BURGESS, PE, PLS
Gary Burgess, PE, PLS manages Triad’s engineering design efforts. He is a 1987 graduate of Clemson University and is registered as a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor. Working for over 30 years in civil engineering and land surveying, Gary is experienced in site design for commercial and industrial developments, residential subdivisions, and solid waste landfills.
BRIAN NORTON
Brian Norton, PLS, who heads the surveying department has been with Triad since its inception. Brian has 20 years of experience in a variety of surveying applications including boundary surveying, topographic surveying, construction staking, and GPS surveying. Brian is a 1997 graduate of West Virginia University and is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
GREG HILL
Greg Hill is a graduate of Clemson University and has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry with a background in heavy equipment sales. Serving as a project manager, his primary duty is to ensure that every project is completed on-time and within-budget and exceeds client expectations. With relationships throughout the construction equipment and supply businesses, Greg has the resources to address any unforeseen issues and keep the project on track.
THOMAS RILEY
Thomas Riley spent 4 years working in Architecture while attending the University of South Carolina. Upon graduating, Thomas spent 12 years in Logistics providing solutions to several industries for their supply chain needs. This background has been essential in helping Triad Development projects progress smoothly.
